The land area of 1600 m2, and the hotel building of 935 m2, 5 bedrooms (4 doubles and 1 twin (can also be double if preferred)) and ensuites, bar and lounge, dining room, study room, and TV/ playroom.

Bose sound system projecting the latest tracks from the bar to the beach; ipods and LCD TVs provided in each bedroom; state of the art lighting system, wireless internet, and an array of computer games for the kids in the amply stocked playroom. There is central AC throughout, indeed a rarity in Bali. Swipe card access is provided for guest convinience. 24 hour security is provided by securicor guards.

In house spa and salon treatments are provided upon request; also in house yoga instructor can be arranged, as well as a range of childrens activities, such as cookery and art classes, horse riding, boogie boarding and soccer on the beach, badminton and pool games. Free temporary membership to Balis exclusive recreational Canggu Club is additionally provided. Shopping sprees, scuba diving and boat trips can all be arranged.
