Pantai Lima is an exclusive estate of super luxury villas built right on the Bali beachfront at Pererenan, an unspoiled fishing community, a short drive north of Seminyak, Balis centre of sophisticated shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Each of Pantai Limas five luxury villas is individually architecturally-designed and completely different one-from-another. Each is truly spacious, beautifully appointed and completely private. Gardens and pools are satisfyingly vast. Each villa has direct, unimpeded beach views. You step from your garden on to the sand.
Pantai Lima estate comprises five super-luxury, completely private villas. Four have five double bedrooms, the other has six. The property is truly spacious, extending over 1.6 hectares, or four acres. That is about the size of two football fields. All five villas are right on the waters edge, sharing 170 metres (560 feet or 185 yards of beachfront). Guests step from their front lawns straight on to the beach. The beach itself is largely deserted save for an occasional fisherman or surfer. Shared facilities at Pantai Lima included a tennis court with night-lighting, and a 250 square metre seminar room complete with High Definition projection and sound systems.
Villa Melissa
Right on the water, a five bedroom villa set in 2500 square metres of garden. It has 30 metres of beachfront. There is 20 x 5 metre pool, plus a 10 metre kids pool. The unenclosed living room, with mezzanine doubles as a cinema with a High Definition movie system. It measures 100 square metres. The 60 square metre dining room is air-conditioned, but can also be thrown open with French doors.
Facilities and services:
Each bedroom has its own 37 inch LCD television screen with satellite TV programming, DVD and Bose sound system. Each has an ensuite bathroom with bathtub as well as shower.
There is an iPod dock which is connected to speakers throughout the villa and the garden. There is a substantial media room with a High Definition movie projection system, plus a library of the latest films on dvd.
A selection of fitness equipment is also available should you want something more strenuous than long beach walks to keep in shape.
The entire estate is covered by an unlimited WiFi satellite broadband system.
Every bedroom has an ISD capable telephone. Calls between rooms dont cost anything. Local or international calls are charged at cost.
There is a fax machine in the office which you are welcome to use.
Bed linen, mosquito nets and house towels are supplied. A full laundry service is provided. Dry cleaning is available from outside sources.
You have complimentary use of a car and driver for up to 10 consecutive hours daily. There are highly-trained and unobtrusive security guards on duty round the clock.
